Started arcing sparking last week called kitchenaid to set up service repair since it is builtin

Kitchenaid service subcontractor just showed up and looked at it for 30 seconds and says they can not fix kcms microwaves because kitchenaidwhirlpool does not give them any parts

Last microwave it replaced was 14 year old ge profile but ge no longer makes a builtin that fits the space

Spent 8000 on total kitchenaid updates three months ago and today they sent me out a solicitation to purchase extended service plan today after i called for microwave service
