Pros

Convection process cooks your food very evenly. It heats very quickly and evenly. I really like the preheat function and it preheats quickly.

I have baked a pork tenderloins, they always turn out tender. Pizza crusts come out crisp. Cleans easily. Case cleans with any appliance cleaner.

Cons

The preheat feature takes forever and if you don't hear the quiet little beep, it shuts itself off and you have to start all over. It malfunctions and gets stuck on preheating while the timer is running. If it does manage to get to temp, it beeps and ... Read More

Not worth the money and will not last long. They are overpriced, and don't seem to work well. Kitchenaid is capitalizing on an age old reputation for quality & function.

Kitchenaid did to spoil any end-user serviceability was to use a non-standard d-post on the top switch. I'm still faithful to kitchenaid, but they really dropped the ball with this one.
