This oven takes up more space than my old toaster oven, but it has useful features and i like the design (especially the blue color) crumb tray makes it easy to clean but the inside walls and ceiling can be a little harder to keep spotless.

They're not staffed on weekends. Maybe the supervisor should have come to the phone and reviewed the info with me.

The glass on the door is not clean. The door is cockeyed. The corner of the kitchenaid box is dented. The plastic sleeve that grabs the post cracked and will no longer turns the dial. We replaced it with the much more dependable breville.
