Pros & Cons
Pros
Strong enough to flip a heavy piece of meat without bending. Thin tapered edge allows you to get under stuck food easily. Nice and sturdy, not flimsy.
The flat part is a little thicker than my other spatulas. This kitchenaid spatula is a better quality, works more efficiently and made to last.
This is an all black flipper tool to use while making pancakes. This one is a better size for a fry pan. If you spend good money on expensive cookware, you owe it to yourself to invest it some appropriate tools to help maintain the quality of that coo... Read More
Cons
Plastic or nylon spatula is uncomfortable to use in a small hand. It turns 'limp' when it gets warm (not hot) food sticks to the spatula, resulting in it being pushed rather than picked up to turn. Hard to hold onto when using, and my hand hurts tryin... Read More
This is not one that is durable. Ironic thing is in almost 2 months, we use less than 10 times. While i find it to be a good unit, frankly it's just too think for most applications.
Never used in a high heat situation just to cook scrammed eggs and a few omelettes. Going with silicone. It’s not heat resistant.
Highlights
Quality
My previous spatula was too flimsy and couldn’t break down the meat well but this is very sturdy and makes it so much easier!
This is the most durable plastic spatula i have ever bought.
Most spatulas i've had before would start to disintegrate after a few uses where the plastic scrapes the pan.
This is a good quality kitchen cooking utensil, but i failed to notice it didn't have a hole in the top to hang it.
Price
But i won't hesitate to buy another one, worth every penny.
Save your money and skip the cheap stuff!
I bought several of these, and the price to send them back makes it not worth it to return them.
I won't tell her what it cost, because that would probably ruin her appreciation for it.
