Sturdy but not too thick. They sing when you tap them on the counter ;-) unless they're muffled with food. It's very sturdy and durable. It’s dishwasher safe, so cleanup is easy.

It whisks anything needing to be whisked. This makes whisking so easy! It stirs cake batter easily without bending the whisk elements it if shape.

It has a nice cap on the bottom that looks like the one on the mixer. It's great for making a roux in a 2 quart saucepan.

Plastic is a really bad choice for a whisk. It melts if you even briefly leave it in the pot, laying on the side. The collar shattered after being put in the dishwasher.

There should be a better quality control system for reselling previously returned items. Though there is a one-year warranty with hassle free returns, you have to pay to return the item.
