Highlights
Quality
This machine follows along their philosophy of a solidly built machine bordering on professional quality.
This machine is solidly built, with most of its major parts made of metal.
The machines comes with its own grinder so you basically grind and pop the grounds into the basket.
There's even wheels underneath for easily mobility.
Price
I bought a nespresso aeroccino3 milk frother for about $60 as a workaround.
Only had it a week so no long term review but pleased so far and at $800 it's a lot cheaper than the truly pro stuff.
This will save a lot of money from store bought espressos and coffees.
Shipping
I searched everywhere for the other ones and couldn't find them but customer service jumped in and got right on it for me.
Packaging/appearance
This came with four portafilters, the metal steamer cup, a brush, and a recipe book which is so wonderful.
The set up and unboxing were simple and painless.
Only down side was that my box only came with 1 filter basket.
Competitiveness
The steam wand is comparable to many other machines within this price range & you will have no issues making a piping hot latte... Read More
I think it’s a good value compared to many other high end machines.
They are more expensive than other brands, but it's due to their higher quality.
I kept debating between semi & fully automatic options with a plethora of different price points.

After spending months this year repurchasing cold brew and espresso drinks from restaurants i realized that i would spend a lot less making them myself and i would have the freedom to customize them as much as i want to so the one time larger purchase would be worth it in the long run

Fortunately it’s on wheels so you can tilt it slightly and roll it back and forth on the counter easily
