I am so sick of ordering things that don't work as they should. Seller is a scam.

Having owned products with such breakable plastic parts, these parts are the first to break. Safety feature on the lid is finicky, and you have to stand by pressing it while it loudly attempts to blend. I'll return and buy cuisinart.

The chop / puree switch juts at least an inch out of the main body. The way the chopper is to be turned on by pushing down on the handle top is ridiculous. No good for grinding seeds or salt, and does a poor job on hummus and pesto.
