Pros
The attachment selection is very nice. It also cleans easily and fits well into the dishwasher. I really like how everything fits in one place.
Kitchenaid food processor is very powerful, even on the lowest setting. I am a huge fan of kitchenaid and have a multitude of their appliances, including a ten-year-old 10-cup food processor and a small unit that i believe they call a mini chopper.
It clicks on easily and has a simple design which makes it easy to use. Easy and intuitive to operate. A different locking mechanism (much easier to use).
The blades are very sharp and they are varied enough that i can slice and shred in any number of sizes. I like the ability of storing all the blades within the machine. Complaints about the plunger device are true.
Parts which are subjected to lots of torque and vibrations are nice and chunky and solid.

It takes forever to chop/grind.

Grating cheese, the motor stalls out constantly and you have to hit the reset button on it.
Our kitchenaid food processor worked great until it stopped working.

They sent us a new replacement food processor at no cost to us.
That is really the only reason i was willing to pay for a food processor at this price point.

This arrived on the scene and bam this solved all food processor troubles.
I am so thankful for the quick arrival of this machine and am looking forward to putting it to work.

I grew up with cheaper cuisinart food processors, and my family went through a few of them.
Compared to my former black and decker model, this takes up less counter space for me.

No separate bag to keep its chopping parts and its lid is hinged which means i dont have to place it on the counter or somewhere else to search for it later
