The immersion blending attachment works fine, although it feels a little shaky. It's easy to assemble, easy to use, and easy to clean.

None of my attempts at making chimichurri or salad dressings have worked very well. The whisk attachment is a bad idea, this is a blender, not a mixer.
The mini chopper blade sits inside the chopper bowl in a wobbly fashion on a spring. Replacement blades appear to cost as much as the entire unit.
Ours has an audible sloshing sound and no amount of shaking or drying will get the water out. I'm more than willing to pry the thing open and let it dry, but i don't think there is a way to do it without breaking the thing. The lid collects the water ... Read More

That started chipping off a while ago and pieces fall in the food.
After giving it everything i got to get it removed, and no luck, i finally tried the end of the attachment with the blade in it.

The fact that this is 3 in one gives huge value.
This product has paid for itself over and over so many times.
Shipping
They did ask for the original product to be returned, but there's no return shipping cost.
Packaging/appearance
It came neatly packaged and i can't wait to use it and tell you all how it works.
Received for christmas and was slightly confused since i already had a traditional blended and didn't think i would use it.

However the conical piece that is at the base of the engine is made of plastic painted over with some silver material to make it look like stainless steel

We are being hammered daily about environmental concerns and guilted over outofcontrol consumerism yet i don’t see companies providing the most durable materials or making an effort to provide replacement parts

Maybe ive just been lucky or maybe its being guarded by the patron saint of small kitchen appliances but it still keeps chugging along and hasnt broken yet
