Pros

The case makes everything easy to store and locate. I just love the organization, the ease and quickness it does it's job and how clean up is a breeze! Overall i really like this product but some parts feel like very cheap plastic.

Cons

The speed dial is difficult to turn. When it does turn to its most powerful setting (5) it is still not able to crush ice as the description mentions. This kitchenaid is very disappointing and won’t last anyway.

This product was/is available at cost o for the same price and they have a much better return policy. Should have bought at costco. The connection striped and stopped working. I'm just an idiot that spent $150 on something designed to fail.

Kitchenaid no longer sells the replacement part (and teh warranty is only for 1 year anyway) i'm sure i will give it away and replace when my patience have finally run out with this thing.

Blender container is in three pieces that twist and supposedly lock together. Food gets into the joint and there's no way to get it clean. A few times i have literally been tempted to just toss the whole thing in the trash---- food and all. The direct... Read More

This is legit restaurant quality stuff, it has enough power to blend stuff where even much bigger blenders will choke.

Very good quality immersion blender and i really like all the different attachments, but it is large and a little heavy to use.

I'm assuming that they come in a separate box that was not shipped with the main box.
