Pros & Cons
Pros
Red one has the largest motor, the other colors were lovely but motor size is most important for us. The cord is a reasonable length. Mobil, easy to clean and fairly light.
Purchased this mixer for my mom. No regrets on my end. Works fine. This is perfect for that.
Cons
The power cord is constantly in the way and hangs up on the edge of the bowl. It has no power and the blades can disengage at any time. This was totally evident once i turned it on.
Highlights
Quality
Still sturdily built and a real quality product.
Kitchen aide is known for quality and durability.
This one doesn’t have the power boost button.
This one is light the tools come off easily and the different setting are easy to adjust while you are using it.
Price
Love thered color and was happy it was offered at a discount during amazon prime days.
Pay the money and buy this over the other junk.
I was lucky and got on a good sale.
Competitiveness
In comparing the two, other than minor cosmetic differences, it looked and worked just like the old one.
After buying a couple mixers to replace a 50 year old oster, and returning them, i decided to spend a little more for a good brand name.

The first speed is nice and slow and doesn’t throw the mix all over the place like the cheaper brands
