It is aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Slim profile, art-deco looks and ease of operation imo are great. Very well made and stylish.

If you like lightly tanned bread, even on highest setting, this toaster is for you. Does not brown toasts even at the maximum setting. After 3 minutes or so on maximum setting my bread slice comes out slightly browned.

No wierd chemical smells on the first use either.

Con: if you like darker toast, it does not go beyond a light brown, even when using the button for longer toasting.

Price

This one was a little more money, but, really worth every penny.

This is exactly what i wanted--a toaster that doesn't burn the toast and fits artisan bread at a reasonable price.

Pricey, but only one i found with the shape and feature set (bagel setting) i wanted.
