Pros

Esthetically it matches their other red kitchenaid appliances perfectly. Perfect for a thick slice of an artisan bread. The bread crumb tray beneath is easy to pull out and clean.

This toaster is perfect and has a cute little beep when the toast pops up. It toasts evenly on both sides. English muffins are still difficult to get out.

Cons

Toaster burns toast regardless of setting. Burns or doesn't toast at all. On bagel setting only toasts one side of the bagel so to get the other side warm the opposite side almost burns.

One side of the oster is dead and the toaster is not useable. The toaster works sometimes and sometimes it does not. It is functionally a disaster.

You have to stop it before it pops up or your toast will burn. It's also very bulky and the levers to press toast down feel clumsy and cheap. This has no function other than toasting bread and it doesn't work!
