Stainless steel and good quality, wish it came with the machine.

Much better than the wire whip sold with the kitchenaid professional 600 series.

I'm only ranking 4 stars on this as the cost is a bit extraordinary for bent wires pressed into a hub.

Receiving the shipment was later than the last shipping date notification.

So that's why i'm giving it a 4-star rating.

I can't imagine this costing more than 5 bucks at kitchenaids cost.
