Pros & Cons
Pros
Genuine kitchenaid. Works perfect for kitchen aid mixer. Seems to be the same quality as the one that came with the mixer when i originally purchased it.
No problems and mixes perfectly. In addition, it performs beautifully.
Cons
Tired of buying these. Totally unacceptable terms. Very disappointing. The aftermarket beaters are even worse.
The coating on these is not what it once was. There's another bubble near where it's peeling, so i suspect it was defective when i purchased it.

I have gone through about 4 months of these and they only last a few months and the coating chips off.
The coating started to chip off, this is unsafe considering it is now going into my food.
Price
Price was reasonable and the beater works perfectly.
The replacement beater for a mixer i’ve had for many years was easy to find in amazon at a very reasonable price
The price wasn't bad at around $20.
But for the price and the overall durability, it's a sound investment.
Competitiveness
While i have an older model stand mixer, i'll bet they are pretty similar.
