Pros & Cons
Pros
The turner is a bit on the sharp side, which is nice for taking up omelettes or pancakes. It is also safe for non-stick cookware so you don't have to worry about it damaging your skillet or pan. It fits well in my 8” skillet that i make omelets in.
This is for the chef that wants a few types of turners. The turner cleans up like most other nylon turner. You pay a premium for the “kitchenaid’ brand, of course, but the turner is also a high-quality utensil that will last a lifetime.
I like the materials used in making this spatula and the chrome plated handle. I use it for the small sized frying pans that i use for cooking small portions. This spatula is of good quality and easy to use.
The aqua blue is fun, and it makes cooking a little funner. The pistachio color rocks and matches my kitchen. The teal color is beautiful.
Cons
The balance is so far toward the handle that the rest of the spatula might as well be weightless. Return shipping is several times more than a replacement. Ffw 1 year.
Highlights
Quality
It feels great in the hand, sturdy build, non stick, easy to clean.
This spatula is of good quality and easy to use.
I have tried plastic, metal, silicone, and wooden spatulas over the last few years.
Unfortunately they never last long, they melt, they crack, they get super weak, etc.
Price
I bought several of these, and the price to send them back makes it not worth it to return them.
Well, there isn't a lot to say about this except that it is affordable and works well.
So i decided why not try a more expensive one for once and maybe it will last a long time and be worth it.
Competitiveness
As described solid and better than previous purchased spatulaseven compared with other same name brand spatulas.
I have several similar products from kitchenaid and have had good success with them so far.
There's a difference between a spatula and a turner and it's worth nothing.
I've gone through a lot of spatulas in my home as we've always bought the cheapest spatula usually from places like the dollar ... Read More
