Times have changed, but my hope is that the kitchen aid continues to put the quality in to their products like they always used to.
The quality and the look of the mixer is amazing.
Packaging/appearance
You have to remove the bowl to stir the contents or scrape the sides.
I just have to stop the mixer and scrape the bottom to blend it all in.

The only thing i wasnt expecting to have to do with this mixer was to have to scrape the sides and especially the bottom repeatedly through mixing process

The lift up bowl instead of the tilt back head is disappointing because there is a lot less room for you to access the contents of the bowl

This is our second one as the housing went out in our first one and we would have to ship it to ohio to get it fixed and we are reluctant to let it out of our sight as it belonged to my sisters deceased son
