Pros
The professional series appears to be the only model that has the bowl lift. It is used mostly for mixing batters and making dough for bread and pizza. Only complaint is that the pouring shield, that comes with it, doesn't fit quite right.
Cons
It's sad to watch an iconic brand destroy its reputation. I am glad ididn't have to pay the cost they are asking for this piece of junk.
