It's really annoying for such an expensive product while other kitchen aid product does't have this issue.
We have been using kitchenaid tilt head stand mixer for over 15 years and was very happy with the product until its gear motor seized.

If we push too hard to take out bowl it bangs against the mixer body we fear the paint finish will be scratched if we push not hard enough the bowl cannot be released
