Pros & Cons
Pros
The attachments for making homemade pasta are the best! Homemade pasta eats so much heartier than store bought and you will not want to go back. The attachments are heavy duty metal and are super easy to use. The new one also has a plastic roller.
Cons
The shaft is solid metal and should not have sheared. I'm soooo disappointed - the cutting rollers seem to be ok but the sheeter is dead.
I wonder if amazon would be held liable if any was to get seriously ill? And frankly, that demonstration of simply horrible customer service is what finally prompted me to write this review. Obviously they know there is a problem with their product if... Read More
The product is fine but it's support stinks. No matter what happens to the product, your only option is to throw it away and buy a new one. This is because when the system cannot handle the forces being applied, inevitably something will fail.
Highlights
Quality
Love it good quality easy to use.
These are extremely well made and will last the rest of my pasta making life.
The flour turns to dough inside the nooks and crannies and becomes impossible to clean.
We made pasta from scratch, by hand, a few weeks ago.
Price
Perfect past roller at a great price.
Worth every penny i paid for it it's great!
For 10 dollars, i made enough for 4 people to eat 2 meals, in a fraction of the time that it used to take with my old pasta machine.
Whole wheat pasta is expensive, and try finding whole wheat ravioli in most grocery stores!
Competitiveness
Worth spending the money on these over 3rd party competitors with plastic components.
