Pros

Kitchenaid mixer is a staple in most kitchens. Comes with a whisk, paddle, and dough hook. Dremel grinding tool used to ream out connector end of wire whip attachment.

The aqua color is beautiful in my kitchen, too. The color is a very beautiful cream/beige color. It ya winner!

Cons

The attachments loosen and almost come off while in use. They coating rubbed off and the connection grinder metal bits into my product. The wire whip is not stainless and must be washed by hand, not in the dishwasher.

This mixer is not what kitchen aid used to be. The beaters are inferior. Will not be purchasing another kitchenaid mixer.

Rather than just allow an exchange of the defective $20 attachment amazon gave me a return auth for the entire mixer.

It’s just a shame that they’re so expensive.

I called kitchenaid and they're willing to allow the item to be sent in for service and are upfront about costs.

Because of the color and sale it took 3-4 weeks to arrive, but for the sale price, it was worth the wait.

Packaging/appearance

I experienced the same issue that some others have mentioned - i couldn't get the bowl out of the mixer when it arrived.

Because amazon had no replacement attachment made by them, only those from other vendors on amazon.
