Pros

The mixer itself is a champ. It is very heavy and doesn't budge on the counter while i'm using it. It was passed to my mother and she uses it and displays it proudly on her kitchen counter.

Cons

There are enough 1-star reviews on this item that it makes me a little leery that it might be associated with this particular model. This mixer is not what kitchen aid used to be. Will not be purchasing another kitchenaid mixer.

It appears to be as bad as the video warns about. Very disappointed. Very very disapointed.

They coating rubbed off and the connection grinder metal bits into my product i was making. The wire whisk has rust on it.

It’s already back to the destination and yet they are not refunding me yet. Tried the chat in the website, is disable.

I called kitchenaid and they're willing to allow the item to be sent in for service and are upfront about costs.
