Pros

My mother's original is owned by her granddaughter now. The pin is still as tight as it came from the factory and my new mixer is good as gold. Performs well, mixes thoroughly.

Quality tool that fits into a part of your life you are much into is worth splurging a little bit. It opens new avenues you may not have known existed. It bounces all over and head lifts up.

Cons

Horrible experience. Total disappointment. Very disappointing and unacceptable to present as a wedding gift. They are in no hurry to respond to messages!

At the highest position it sounds and looks like it's about to explode. Nothing but a clicking noise. I firmly believe any company that offers the lowest warranty by law doesn't believe in their products.

Only a 325 watt. This is shocking for a $400 mixer. And to have spent $400 on something that is essentially a piece of junk is super frustrating.

Price

What a steal and it is perfect!

This was upsetting since this is not a cheap purchase.

I contemplated buying this for quite a while, but didn't due to the price.

I have wanted one of these for a long time and i found one here for less than $300!

Packaging/appearance

On a side note, the package showed up with dog food kibbles in the box.

I got the feather pink and wooow the color is way prettier in person!
