Pros

The mixer itself is a champ. It is very heavy and doesn't budge on the counter while i'm using it. The quality is top notch.

Cons

It appears to be as bad as the video warns about. Very disappointing experience. Very very disapointed.

Kitchenaid mixer is not what kitchen aid used to be. They coating rubbed off and the connection grinder metal bits into my product i was making.

The beaters are inferior. Have barely used this mixer. The 10 speeds is a bit of a lie.

It needs a new motor armature, bracket, and brushes. And it is not very easy to get them serviced. It is almost $400 for a less than new appliance.

It’s already back to the destination and yet they are not refunding me yet. Tried the chat in the website, is disable.
