Fast turnaround and shipping. Only reason i hesitated was because it was online.

This fits a ksm150psbu artisan series tilt head mixer. Fit perfectly on the mixer and was easy to remove afterward.

Love the handle and the sturdiness of it. It creates a little proofing cave that provides a nice cool temperature to proof in. Has a 5 year no chip warranty.

This ka mixing bowl is beautiful and functional. With a quick swap, a second mixing bowl comes in handy. And the bowl can be used as a regular mixing bowl when needed.

Cons

The attachments no longer work. They clashed with the color scheme of our kitchen, and ultimately clashed with our kitchen aid. To fragile for the job.

I was impressed by the quality and weight of the bowl.

Bowl quality is excellent and all the steps use the same bowl so much less to clean.

I wound up with the stainless steel “hammered” (dimpled) replacement.

Then bake for 30 minutes with the bowl upside down, then turn it over and bake for another 10 minutes.

Shipping

Not sure if i ordered the wrong bowl or an error was made in shipping but not a deal breaker.
