Quality
The machine is perfect, it makes almost no noise and works super well read more
Kitchenaid never disappoints, this mixer is so well made and solid.
I pondered a bosch for a few years but the model changed and now it gets poor reviews.
This mini is the perfect size and doesn't compromise on power.
Price
I've always wanted one of these and i finally got a really good price so happy
I have been thinking of getting a kitchenaide for a while and this was a great black friday deal.
Then i discovered this mini-kitchenaid during amazon prime days - $130 price reduction and only 12 lbs.
It was just the right size for smaller needs & was more affordable also.
Shipping
It was shipped out immediately and i'm very happy with the experience.
Amazon delivered it and i immediately brought it in and set it up and used it to make homemade dog treats.
Thanks amazon, kitchenaid and my amazon delivery person!
Fast shipping and a tad expensive but that fine.
Packaging/appearance
I did think that it came with a splatter shield but only realized it didn't once it was opened.
Nothing came damaged and it works really well.
Competitiveness
Plus, the slow start is much better than any of the other models i had thru the years -- the 6 quart, the artisian, and the classic.
