For me, the commercial 8 is worth every penny.


I won't address its price, as i bought it using years' worth of accumulated credit card points, which is to say i paid nothing.


I was able to get mine (after april 1st) for much less than the former asking price ($800).


For both, this was a $150 increase each.

I know, you think the price is too high for just another kitchenaid stand mixer.


Not when there are better mixers out there (ankarsrum, for example).
