Pros

Kitchen aid grinder. Worked like a champ. Absolutely delicious with my homemade sunday gravy.

Easy to assemble and take apart. Also cleaned up easily. Easy to clean up (tip. Easier to clean).

Kitchen aid is a horribly designed product. The dough gets stuck everywhere. If not cleaned, then dough stays in the voids, not sanitary or safe.

We will use this a lot with the price of groceries and with avoiding preservatives in processed boughten food.

This is the next best thing unless you want to pay $3000 for a junior professional extrusion machine and make enough pasta for a month.

The price you pay is in the cleanup.

There’s a pasta recipe in the guide which is good and everything can be stored in the box.

The cleaning tool was missing from the box which also gave proof to the fact that i did not receive a new item as ordered.

It arrived with a seal on the box thanking me for purchasing a refurbished item and "giving it a new life".
