Pros

The noodle maker is a great add-on to our kitchenaid mixer. It makes the best spaghetti and capellini noodles. The mixer it is attached to is 25+ years old and going strong.

You only let the pasta dry in the attachment and then brush it out. Once you do this, cleaning is a breeze with the brush. That makes spending a few extra dollars on the front end much easier to justify.

The most durable, designed solution for professional road bikers. The product appears to be made with superior quality and gauge of stainless steel.

Highly recommend. Good quality. Solid build. Made well. It's that well made. I absolutely love this attachment.

Cons

The spaghetti roller was not assembled correctly and tool me an over hour to clean all the dried pasta out of it. The provided recipes are *terrible*. All three of the attachments work themselves off unless you take a wrench to the set screw to tighte... Read More
