Pros

Electric sifter keeps flour in the bowl where it belongs. Sifts almond flour for macarons. Useful in making smaller quantities of cookie dough, 5 quarts maximum. Sifting the flour by hand is a bit of a drag.

It has nice foam protection and a magnetic closure. High quality and easy to use. Cleans easily, stores in its own nesting box.

I had been waiting for this to go on sale to justify the cost.

I had to pay about $50 (about half the price we originally paid) after i dropped the hopper, rendering the whole sifter useless.

Value for what you get is good.

Was able to snag it for $100 before christmas.
