Pros

The pyrite color is perfect with black stainless. The walls are surprisingly thick, and the kettle is heavier than i would have expected. This matches my new kitchen theme perfectly!

It heats well. Handle is ergonomic enough.

Cons

The amazon listing says it has a limited lifetime warrantee. With daily use the handle is now so loose that it's not safe to use. Tomorrow i am ordering a new kettle that is not kitchenaid.

The handle is basically useless now and the rivet from the inside that attached the handle is loose so boiling water leaks out. The whistle has a very cheap and shrill shrieking sound that makes you want to stick a spoon in your eye.
