Pros

It's just gorgeous! The empire red truly looks regal and the chrome touches are perfect. There is a heavy enamel coating that should last forever if you don't burn the pot by boiling it dry. This kettle is very sturdy.

The only drawback is the small volume. I want another one but these reviews are scaring me. I wish they had as many colors as they do for their stand mixers.

Cons

The metal handle requires a pot holder to lift. Metal on the handle gets hot after use. The color of the teapot is ugly and stays that way for hours.

Enamel coating onthe bottom cracked and flaked off. Spout starting rusting after only 3 months. Whatever the inside is made out of is flaking off, too. No rust or scratching biggest problem is that it drips everywhere when you pour.
