The sleek cast iron black finish adds a touch of elegance, and the bowl-lift design makes mixing heavy doughs effortless. Bought this to handle more heavy dough for sourdough. It has a dough hook that helps make bread dough in a jiffy.

Kitcheaid products are phenomenal! This mixer has many configurations with the available kitchenaid attachments. The old pasta appliances still work with this new one.

Wife uses it to make all kinds of home made goods works amazing without fail easy to operate and clean plenty of power for big mixing

It’s powerful, sturdy, and handles large batches with ease.

I love how spacious the bowl is—it cuts down on the hassle of constantly emptying it.

The construction is heavy because it's cast iron, but it is durable, and i expect it to last a long time.

Although it can be expensive, its quality and durability make it a worthwhile investment for any cooking enthusiast.
