It's easy to clean and lightweight. Washes up well. I recommend drying it after you hand wash it…. Especially drying the curled edges.

The color is just a little added perk. I like the fact that it's a darker color instead of just plain old gray aluminum. It works great with the parchment paper.

I purchased a cheaper knockoff and boy was it evident.
