Pros

Kitchenaid cookie slider cookie sheet is a product i would definitely recommend to use if you don't have parchment paper or silpat that you've already invested in. The 6 cookies on it are a bit larger than a hockey puck. This appears to be an authenti...  Read More

It is coated well and is super easy to clean. It cleans easily as well, and though dishwasher safe is too big for most dishwashers. The 13x18-inch size is much easier to hand wash in the sink too.

I make homemade pizza a lot and this pan is perfect for pizzas. The pan is thick and durable. The difference between this pan any most on the market is that one side * up to the edge meaning that pizzas, cookies, roast veggies, etc.

This works great and is priced reasonably. I highly recommend it to anyone who has passion about backing.

Heavy duty baking sheet, everything bakes so evenly. Its versatility is unmatched, it handles everything flawlessly.

Cons

Not even 3 minutes into baking, i hear a loud plunk from the oven, and my heart sank. Somebody at kitchenaid needs to reevaluate this pan.

So many times we make cookies with our regular flat plan but have so many issues getting the cookies over that lip that it messes them up unless we leave them sitting on the pan potentially overcooking the bottoms

We used parchment paper rather than spraying the pan
