Pros

The ink blue color is very sleek, and i have not had any issues with paint coming off when washing in the dishwasher. The color is navy, a dark shade that blends well with other neutral bakeware.

No more fumbling with hot mitts trying to * the pan out of the oven. It resists warping for most baking temps. Deep enough to bake crustless quiches and cakes.

It's a substantial pan, not flimsy like so many of them are. It's surprisingly rigid due to the thickness and way its constructed, the way it's extruded outwards and then back inwards with a rolled edge.

The non-stick coating seems to work well, at least on the initial wash. I use silicone mats on all my baking sheets so i'm not sure how nonstick it is. The metal is sturdy with zero flex.
