Pros & Cons
Pros
Kitchenaid cookie slider cookie sheet is a product i would definitely recommend to use if you don't have parchment paper or silpat. For quick bread, i always line the pan with parchment that hangs over on the long sides and lightly butter the inside e... Read More
The nonstick surface is a game-changer – the muffins slide right out with no effort, making cleanup a breeze. Clean up was so easy, a light rinse then into the dishwasher. I still opt to use liners but this cleans up really nicely.
Wide lip around the pan makes grabbing food out of the oven easier. Can be used even with oven mitts on.
Muffin pan makes the perfect size mini muffins or brownie bites. Great for muffins, quiches, and cupcakes rather than full-sized muffins/cupcakes. Great performance and durability.
The finish is great - sort of a matte navy blue. I also like the unique blue color which is a nice change from the typical grey pan that you typically see.
Cons
The description says 1 cup muffin pan. Only works partially and the remaining rusty dishwater/dishwasher water ends up in your cabinet. I have multiple brands of muffin liners in different sizes because i bake so much, and none of them fit well. There... Read More
Highlights
Quality
This is easy to clean, fits my liners, and feels very sturdy through months of use/testing.
This is primed to be a great workhorse loaf pan for decades to come if the finish doesn't chip off with extended use or dishwasher abuse!
Thinner pans would heat unevenly or potentially warp from repeated usage, and i have not encountered this at all with this kitc... Read More
Aluminized steel has a higher thermal resistance than stainless steel, meaning this cookie sheet won't warp with repeated exposure to heat.
Price
This is quite a nice sheet pan for the money, and seems to be in keeping with kitchenaid's reputation for providing high end kitchen tools.
Great product a little pricey and bought to use for a game
Competitiveness
This product worked far better than my pyrex dish.
It's almost a 1/2" taller than the box store brand and it has a lip all the way around that you can use for handles.
The photo shows the difference between a 9x5 loaf pan from a box store and the kitchenaid pan.
At least compared to other pans we have.

And coming to the nonstick nature of the pan i always use parchment paper for most of my baking and i recently baked cookies on this pan where one or two cookies edges spread onto the pan and they slid off easily and nothing was stuck to the pan

And the heat distribution of this pan is also so even that all the cookies browned evenly
