Pros & Cons
Pros
The stainless steel feels like a nice heavy gauge. Kitchenaid is top tier quality and premium finishes. The value is exceptional.
Most mixing bowls are more shallow, but sometimes you want ones that are deep enough so that things won't splatter out. Very similar to the shape of a kitchenaid stand mixer bowl, but a bit shorter.
They are crafted of a burnished, heavy stainless steel with a thoughtful silicone coating on the bottom to prevent scoot. One potential downside is that they can be a bit heavier than plastic alternatives.
The quality and functionality of these bowls justify the price point. They are very sturdy, much like the bowls that came with my kitchenaid mixer. These bowls are the real deal, brand-name kitchenaid bowls.
The stainless steel cleans up easily in either my dishwasher or sink. Cleaning is also a breeze since they are dishwasher safe. They are robust and resist odors and stains.
Highlights
Quality
They are robust and resist odors and stains, maintaining their shiny appearance even after multiple uses.
These mixing bowls are very high quality.
The capacity of each bowl is etched on the inside and embossed on the bottom.
The no slip rubber bottoms are truly no slip.
Price
I think the value is exceptional and that this set would make a wonderful, practical gift.
I love them and the price point is perfect.
I 100% recommend the bowls, but for a bit cheaper of a cost.
The only things that i can really say that i don’t like is one the price point which seams high for what they are.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was sturdy and minimalistic, reflecting the premium quality i associate with kitchenaid products.
Competitiveness
I have a lot of mixing bowls for comparison, and these are quite nice.
While there are more budget-friendly options available, the quality and functionality of these bowls justify the price point.
However, one potential downside is that they can be a bit heavier than plastic alternatives, which might be a consideration for some users.
I have a similar set, by another company, for less then half the cost of these, not as thick of metal, but that's not a big deal.
