Reviewer says it's compact, easy to clean and easy to store. Loved the ease of use - i have to use a kevlar glove - that really makes it easy. Works so quickly and is so much less clean up than a food processor.

Easy to use but must be very careful due to extremely sharp blade. Of course it is razor-sharp. I imagine i can get a thin diamond sharpener in to touch up the blade.
