Pros

This is part worked perfectly and the washer did not have to be removed for the repair. Took longer to disconnect the water and electrical. This is an exact match to my original oem pump assembly in my kitchenaid dishwasher.

Everything works flawlessly and my dishwasher now works like it's supposed to. Quick delivery. Easy money. Easy to fix.

Cons

Do yourself a favour and buy a * because kitchenaid just doesn't care. Their quality control is awful or they don't care or both.

Packaging/appearance

Everything i needed right out of the box.

No reason to believe that it isn’t oem as it came in whirlpool packaging.

You have to pull the dishwasher out flip in on it’s back and remove the part.

Competitiveness

Kitchenaid dishwasher is a peice of crap, but for under $200 was able to fix it.

Replaced this tub and pump and it runs like a champ.
