Woot woot. The product itself is great, and my son loves it. Inevitably, you sometimes get defective products, but the way that kiwi handled are concern was great.

Kiwi headphone head strap is sleek and modern. It replaces the original strap with a more secure and comfortable fit. Adjusting the fit is intuitive, ensuring a snug and comfortable feel. Easy to install and is super comfy.

Cons

Customer service was like pulling teeth. It’s a usb -c and can only be plugged in one way. It constantly comes off with the design and doesn’t lock into place because it is removable to clean.

Headpiece has to be cinched snug to keep the vr goggles from moving during play. Getting it snug enough around your face offers no padding whatsoever. The foam that goes on the back of the head is now more of a nuisance.

The original strap for the quest 2 is terrible its a pretty widely accepted fact.

Price

We already had a supplementary battery pack, so this was affordable and we aren't paying for something we don't need in that.

Overall, it seems to be worth the money.
