Adjustability
Customers are highly satisfied with the adjustability of the KIWI design H4 Boost Battery Head Strap for Meta Quest 3 or Meta Quest 3S. They find it to be a great alternative to the original head strap, providing improved comfort and compatibility with aftermarket face pads. However, some users note that certain faceplates with built-in fans cannot be used due to the top plastic part on the head strap.

There were no major flaws with them it was just not as polished as i had hoped

The angle of the forehead head pad is fixed relative to the headset
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
So your forehead has to be shaped just right
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
It does allow for some minor adjustment to bring the headset closer or farther from those forehead pads but they do not lock
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
As a result they may have to be readjusted every so often
