The first time i ordered one of the controller grips was missing its battery door so i returned it and ordered a replacementsecond one arrived one week later and the problem was fixedi like the hole in the bottom for the wrist strap

Most games work better with the index style backhand grips that you can let go of the controller but a few are better with the wrist grip instead so you can freely rotate the controller in your hand
