L fermentum is the best for nursing. I have four children, and with every single child, i have gotten mastitis around day six and it lasts for the rest of the time i nurse.

If it means i'm not crying all day and wanting to die, then i would pay 5x the price.
It's little pricey but works great as i want to continue breastfeeding.

Every maternity leave i have mastitis for 4 days then im clean for two then i get it again for four days and this lasts until i finally stop nursing at 6 weeks because i succumb to the pain and have to be able to leave the house to work
