These digestive enzymes are very complete. No other brand makes such a high number of protease and lipase enzymes in a capsule. These enzymes make a big difference for my intestinal health.
Helps reduce digestion-related bloating and indigestion symptoms. Side effect is some constipation, but i've remedied that by drinking more water.
