Pros
The only thing i dislike is the shipping cost and the time it takes to arrive. Trustworthy brand and easy solution to low levels of vitamin d. I recommend this to my clients when they show vitamin d deficiency.

Note you should get most of your nutrition from whole foods but few foods have k2 and adults produce very little k2 of their own

Note most vitamins should be taken with a full bulky meal or the body does not release the substances that absorb and transport the vitaminsminerals through the body
