Pros
Good thermo. Keeps your coffee hot all day and never leaks. The insulation is great.
Can grab the top of the mug with an open hand and use pointer finger to twist the lid open/shut. The top closure allows for a lid that will not accidentally open in a bag. I don't like straws so this lid is a must.
