I use it to the gym every day and unless youre standing right in front of me screaming in my face i wont be able to hear a single thing

They are very comfortable and customizable there are several ear bud pieces that are included to fit inside your ears you get to choose which ones work best for you

You should definitely try all the tips because you only get good bass if you have a good seal with the earbud
