Sound quality is darn good for the $75 price tag (back when i got them).
Price
Price was comparable to beats but made much better.
Kipsch is superior in quality to most, there's no question about that.
They were on sale for about $70 at the time i got them (not sure why the price is back up).
Packaging/appearance
I love it it's my 2nd one of the s5i i had before the s4i.
My only complaint is that the in-ear pieces are grease / wax magnets.

If there is a drawback its that the control switch can become a bit of a pendulum when running so make sure to position the clip correctly or the earbuds may get lose from time to time

The medium ear tips are slightly too small for me and the large ones are slightly too large so im using the medium ones but they tend to slip out after a while which is kinda annoying
