Unbelievable sound on just a 20 watt transistor amp.

Pioneer amps and preamps with lacquer and wood.

I got them unfinished ($900 each) and put a beautiful oak finish on them.

That mix sounds just like it does on the [beaucoup expensive set of such and such] near-field monitors that i use!

Problem was, those flea-watt amps wouldn't get much output from a pair of $120,000 wilson audio speakers.

I got a pair of these brand new from an authorized dealership in 2003, and at a price which today was outrageously low.
